Seasoned Engineering Consultants, Inc. (SEC) was established in Corpus Christi, Texas in 1996 to provide timely, high-quality and cost-effective forensic engineering service to the South Texas and Gulf Coast areas. Most of SEC's cases have been in Texas; however, we have performed investigations and/or testified in: Los Angeles; Memphis; Pontiac, MI; Philadelphia; Baton Rouge; and San Juan, Puerto Rico. SEC does not have any geographical limitations.

SEC has experienced registered professional engineers and architects, qualified technicians and dedicated staff performing forensic investigations for the legal, insurance, real estate, industry and private businesses in the listed Areas of Expertise. SEC conforms to the principles and procedures of ISO 9000 series Quality Standards and Guidelines as set forth by ASTM. SEC's cases/clients are 50% plaintiff/50% defense. SEC's experts have provided testimony in civil and criminal cases.

SEC's offices are located in the Bank of America building on Shoreline Boulevard, across the street from the Lawrence Street and Peoples Street Marinas. SEC has a dedicated off-site evidence storage facility. SEC also has a fully-equipped shop facility for examination of evidence items ranging in size up to cars and non-commercial trucks. SEC's shop has easily accommodated joint inspections of large evidence items by multiple experts and attorneys.
